Stroke Exercise Videos (English)

These short 15-minute exercise videos are led by an experienced physiotherapist and feature real people who have had a stroke. The exercises are designed for people with different levels of ability after a stroke, including those with mild, moderate, or more severe difficulties, so there is something suitable for a wide range of people.

The videos aim to help you stay active, build strength, improve balance and movement and support your recovery and independence in the months and years after a stroke.
