• To understand, apply and demonstrate fundamental knowledge and principles related to Resistance Training and programme design.
   
• To be aware of the current state of the evidence relating to application of Resistance Training in neurological populations.
   
• With appropriate rationale, be able to develop and demonstrate a Resistance Training programme for a person with a long-term neurological condition.
