London ACPIN presents a series of evening lectures exploring vigorous activity in people with neuro conditions. Our speakers will be looking at this from a range of perspectives to cover areas such as how to reach higher levels of exercise with service users, promoting vigorous activity virtually, training as an athlete with a neuro disability and the importance of increasing intensity.
Join us virtually for one or all of these evenings to review the evidence behind the benefits of higher level exercise in varied neuro populations, and consider the practicalities of how to achieve these advantages clinically.
The second lecture is:
Kadeena Cox from Paralympics GB: The challenge of pushing myself with MS Alistair Mcfarlane from PD Warrior Bristol: Maintaining the intensity in 2020
