Dr Rohit Bhide, Locum Consultant in Spinal Injuries Rohit has experience of working in the field of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation for over 11 years and across three continents. After completing his Specialty Training in India, he did Clinical Fellowships in Toronto, Canada (2013-15) and Sheffield (2015-17). He has been working as a Locum Consultant in Spinal Injuries for the past two years. His areas of interest are Spinal cord and MSK medicine with a bit of research and quality improvement work.
Lecture Aims:
Dr Bhide will be giving an overview of spinal cord anatomy & physiology, various spinal cord syndromes and neurological assessment of a patient with spinal cord injury including AIS/ ISNCSCI classification for determining level & severity of injury.
